The fact is that many kids are ready for camp long before their parents are emotionally ready to send them. That’s OK! .
Parents, we can do this. Wrap your kids up in love, encouragement and empowerment — and then step back, and let them be brave.
Summer camp will not fix everything in one week, but it’s one healthy step toward re-engaging in human interaction as a part of everyday life.

Camps this year are taking extra safety precautions that will keep kids healthy—from COVID: cleaning products and daily temperature checks, to drive-thru drop-offs. Fun and safety do not have to be mutually exclusive. With these precautions in place, kids will finally have the freedom to feel like kids again and discover who God calls them to be.
