The current generation has faced growing numbers of young people leaving the Church before adulthood. Even after being raised Christian, numbers indicate that huge numbers of youth are not staying faithful to their religion once they reach adulthood.
Astronomers made a remarkable finding this week. A new planet-Kepler 22b, was located and found to be very similar to the qualities of our planet Earth. It is estimated to be 2.4 times as wide and therefore much heavier than Earth, but its distance from a surrounding star sets Kepler 22b in the “habitable” zone with the potential to support human life.

American director, Chris Columbus, famous for directing “Home Alone” and the first two “Harry Potter” films, is now in the works towards another classic. “1492 Pictures” and “CJ Entertainment,” are developing a film about the life of young Jesus Christ.
A protest formed outside of the Historic Chester County Courthouse in West Chester on Dec. 3; held by members of the Freethinking Society. They gathered to express their disapproval of the county government’s decision to prohibit the placement of their Tree of Knowledge next to Christmas symbols that encourage religion.
Hopeful Christians in the United Kingdom have earnestly gathered to turn their nation back to God. Thousands of people from all over the country came together boldly declaring the Gospel in what was deemed: “Not Ashamed Day 2011.” And hundreds assembled for the “2 Chronicles 7:14 Prayer Rally” held in London outside St. Paul’s Cathedral.
A recent survey carried out internally at the BBC suggested that only 22.5 percent of its staff claim to be Christian. The numbers come as a surprise considering that 71 percent of the U.K. professes to be Christian and only 15 percent claim to be non-religious, according to the 2001 census.
Justin Bieber has quite openly declared himself a Christian to the world numerous times. "I'm a Christian, I believe in God, I believe that Jesus died on a cross for my sins,” Bieber said in an interview last year. “I believe that I have a relationship and I'm able to talk to him and really, he's the reason I'm here.”
Fuel efficiency varies highly per vehicle, and now that gas prices have become such an issue many are looking toward cars that will ultimately go easier on their pockets. While the immediate concern may not be the environment, the government is also looking towards fuel efficiency for a safer world.
