'30 Rock' Second Live Episode Announced
After "30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin let the news slip during an interview, NBC has confirmed that the show will feature another live episode this April.
Baldwin, who portrays Jack Donaghy on the series, broke the news while speaking with Extra.
"So watch Thursday night, April 26," said the actor of the scheduled live episode.

The live episode will not be the comedy's first; the Tina Fey-created series experimented with a live taping in 2010. The live show saw guest appearances by Jon Hamm, Matt Damon, Bill Hader, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus and reeled in 6.6 million viewers.
Based on her experiences as head writer for "Saturday Night Live," Fey's show takes place behind the scenes of a fictional live comedy series that airs on NBC. The name of the show refers to 30 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City, the address of the GE Building, in which NBC Studios are located.
"30 Rock" has received critical acclaim, and won Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series in three years in a row from 2007 to 2009.
This season, the series is averaging 4.8 million viewers. Another attempt at a live episode is likely part of an effort to improve ratings.
"30 Rock" stars Fey and Baldwin are joined by actors Tracy Morgan, Jane Krakowski, and Jack McBrayer, among many others.
On Twitter, the series has a strong fan following. Viewers often take to the social media site about news relating to "30 Rock."
"The people who have seen 30 Rock and don't like it are clearly the people responsible for all wars, genocides, and paper cuts," wrote Jesse.
Robin wrote, "Just watched the new 30 Rock. Always great."
Twitter user Rebecca posted, "Cannot wait to completely waste the day tomorrow sleeping and watching 30 Rock. May rinse and repeat on Sunday too."
"30 Rock" airs on NBC Thursdays at 8:30 p.m. EST.
