Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci, who was fired from his job shortly after starting it in 2017, is also supporting Biden.

In June, Scaramucci joined Matt Borges, a former chairman of the Ohio Republican Party, to establish the pro-Biden political action committee Right Side PAC.

In a recent interview with Steve Hilton of Fox News, Scaramucci explained some of his objections to Trump.

“Number one, the economy is upside down,” he said. “Number two, [Trump has] politicized the science around the pandemic.”

“The last thing is the most important thing for me, about the Republican Party,” he continued. “We are shrinking, and so in order to expand the tent, we have to reframe and reengineer the Republican Party.”
