Amanda Bynes Twitter Earns Hip-Hop Record Deal

Amanda Bynes' Twitter spree has kept her in the news, and quite possibly earned her a hip-hop record deal.

On May 27 the former Nickelodeon start tweeted, "Look forward to seeing me in music videos! I'm getting in shape and getting a nose job! I'm looking forward to a long and wonderful career as a singer/rapper!"

She has been very active on Twitter, attacking other rappers and hip-hop artists, particularly the artist Drake. First she tweeted about liking Drake, but when her tweet went without reply, she took to Twitter decrying Drake and calling him ugly.

"Drake has the ugliest smile, ugly gums uneven teeth ugly eyes," she tweeted.

All this twitter action has gotten Bynes a great deal of publicity, and now, it seems a record deal could be in the works.

Chinga Chang Record owner Daniel Herman has reached out to Bynes' attorney to start talking about a record deal for Bynes, RadarOnline.com reports.

"I cleared the project with The Orchard and Sony Entertainment and they gave me the green light to go head," Herman said.

Herman had a few reasons for reaching out to Bynes, and they both stemmed from her comments on Twitter.

"The fact that Amanda wants to do hip hop music means that Chinga Chang label is the best place for her to do this, because of my past experience with bringing pop and legitimate hip hip together," he told RadarOnline.

Even her insults to Drake played a role in Herman's decision.

"I think that she's more gangster than Drake," he said.
