Fred is a homeless man that everyone in the neighborhood knows and gets along with. People say that he is grateful for anything that you give to him when you pass by. One day he was given something that changed his life.
A police officer in the IMPD handed him a pair of boots from his trunk and it was all caught on camera by a professional basketball player. NBA star from the Indiana Pacers, Roy Hibbert, who thought he was being given a ticket at first, witnessed something he just had to share on social media.
