'Bachelor' Sean Lowe, Catherine Giudici Celebrate Engagement Party Ahead of Wedding (PHOTOS)

"Bachelor" Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici recently traveled to Seattle to celebrate their engagement party, ahead of their upcoming wedding.

The 'Bachelor' season 17 couple, who will wed in a televised ceremony, were joined by close friends and family in Giudici's home town on Saturday where loved ones hosted a small affair. The graphic designer, 26, took to social networking site Instagram to share party photos with fans.

"Thank you to my fantastic friends for the engagement party of the year!" Giudici wrote in a caption alongside a black and white photo of herself with Lowe.

Another photo showed the couple clutching his and hers Moët & Chandon champagne bottles with Lowe's dressed as a groom, Giudici's dressed as a bride.

"Striking resemblances," the caption read.

The pair got engaged in Thailand while filming the "Bachelor" finale and the episode aired in March. They recently moved to the Christian model's hometown of Dallas, TX., ahead of their wedding.

"They've finally made the move to Dallas as of this week," a friend of the pair's previously told Life & Style magazine. "They're really happy together and excited to start their new life."

Giudici, who is a former Amazon employee, previously opened up about her first visit to Dallas. She admitted to instantly falling in love with 29-year-old Lowe's family.

"I loved it. His family and friends are to die for and I love them so much," she said in July. "It was a very grounding experience for both of us and gave us a glimpse of what our life would actually be like there."

Lowe gushed about taking his bride-to-be to his hometown, revealing that she is adjusting well down South.

"It was wonderful. I tried to give her like a broad overview of what Dallas is about," he shared. "I think she got a taste of Dallas."

Lowe and Giudici will become the fourth "Bachelor" franchise couple to wed on TV. They will follow in the footsteps of "Bachelorette" star Trista Rehn and husband Ryan Sutter, who starred in "Trista & Ryan's Wedding" among others. Lowe explained his decision to go ahead with a televised wedding.

"TV certainly has its advantages. As I've said a number of times, a free wedding is always a good thing and you can create the wedding of your dreams, all her dreams, then you don't have to sit back and worry about the budget and freak out about stuff like that, so I think there are advantages to both — either it being televised or private," Lowe said.
