Binders Full of Women? Mitt Romney's Debate Words Turned Into Viral Internet Meme Featuring Hugh Heffner
With the presidential debate being so fierce and intense on Tuesday night it was unavoidable that some would try and find the lighter side of some of the comments made by the presidential candidates.
One of the most viral jokes to come out of last night's debate was concerning Mitt Romney's choice of words when speaking about helping women in the workplace.
During the debate Romney was asked how he would help women, especially concerning the salary discrepancies between them and their male counterparts in various jobs across industries.

The Republican candidate answered by using an example of how he had actively sought to bring a balance of men and women to his leadership team when working as the Governor of Massachusetts.
Romney claimed that when they were filling the leadership roles he questioned why there were no female candidates being presented to him for the jobs. He went on to explain how he actively went out to find suitable qualified female candidates.
Following his research Romney explained that he had managed to compile "whole binders filled with women."
Some viewers, looking to find some comedic value from the debate, have taken his words and created Internet memes showing Romney's words in a more "suggestive" light.
One of the most viral memes features Hugh Hefner, founder of Playboy, with a caption saying, "Binders full of women? Oh sure, I've got hundreds of them."
The play-on-words joke has gone viral with dozens of similar memes being created featuring Romney's words.
For the record Romney's comments were: "I had the chance to pull together a cabinet and all the applicants seemed to be men," Romney said. "And I went to my staff, and I said, 'How come all the people for these jobs are – are all men?' They said, "Well, these are the people that have the qualifications'."
"I went to a number of women's groups and said, 'Can you help us find folks,' and they brought us whole binders full of women," he added.
