'Blue Bloods' Season 6 Episode 13 Spoilers: Danny, Baez Concoct Plan To Arrest Drug Dealer

Things are about to get even more complicated as the sixth season of CBS' hit police procedural drama TV series "Blue Bloods" returns this week with an episode that will see Frank (Tom Selleck) figuring out how to deal with a former NYPD officer suspected of manslaughter. Meanwhile, Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) and Baez (Marisa Ramirez) will try to figure out how to bring a drug dealer to justice for a crime he committed in the past.

According to Futon Critic, which shared the synopsis for the episode titled "Stomping Grounds," the Reagan clan head will be faced with a difficult murder case involving a newly retired, high-ranking constabulary who is suspected of shooting a group of "potential muggers" on the subway. What makes the case interesting is the thought that the ex-cop disappeared from the scene and never reported the incident. It's the commissioner's job now to deal with the fallout or else there would be another public uproar. The force could this time be accused of indiscriminate killings since the former police in question has yet to prove that he's been robbed or harassed by the bystanders.

The trailer for the episode shows the retiree having a hard time facing the consequences of his actions as Frank urges him to surrender.

In another development, Danny and Baez will get wind of information concerning a suspected drug dealer who is coming back to town. Coincidentally, the person in question lived near Baez's old neighborhood and when Baez was just a child, she happened to witness the drug dealer committing murder. As per the usual, she will work with Danny to figure out a plan where they can arrest the man for a crime he had done in the past.

Find out how these events unfold when "Blue Bloods" Season 6 Episode 13 "Stomping Grounds" premieres this Friday, Jan. 22 at 10 p.m. on CBS.
