'Chicago Fire' Season 4 News, Spoilers: Will Herrmann Forgive His Attacker In An Upcoming Episode?
It looks like Herrmann (David Eigenberg) might decide to take the moral high road in an upcoming episode of NBC's hit drama TV series "Chicago Fire" Season 4.
According to the synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode called "Not Everyone Makes It," fans will find Herrmann making a very difficult decision that could either make or break someone's life.
For those who missed it, Herrmann got stabbed in the episode, "The Beating Heart." Fortunately, he was able to make it and the person who tried to kill him got caught. However, the perpetrator might get away with the crime when the perpetrator's father (to be played by Ski Carr) tries to reach out to beg for Herrmann's forgiveness for his son's rather fatal misdeeds and to spare him from being imprisoned.
Herrmann is now being put in a situation wherein he must decide whether to pursue the case and eventually prevent the criminal from harming anyone else, or hear the poor father's plea and let go of this tragic incident.
Which side will he choose? Will his colleagues be able to help him weigh his options?
In another development, the said summary from TFC also mentioned that Lt. Casey (Jesse Spencer) will be asked to attend a fundraising event. Things, however, will take a turn for the worse when his good intentions raises eyebrows.
For the meantime, "Chicago Fire" Season 4 will return next week, Jan. 19 with the episode called "The Path of Destruction." The spoiler report indicated that the whole of Chicago will be on alert as the city prepares for the coming of a tornado. As expected, the crisis will call for the assistance of the valiant firefighters from Firehouse 51. Will they be able to handle the threat of nature?
