For the meantime, Fashion & Style wrote that the upcoming episode called "Looking Out For Stateville" will find the aforementioned detectives taking a long road trip where they get the chance to share their interesting back stories.
According to the website, the episode will feature Lindsay during her troubled years as a youngster where she eventually met Hank Voight (Jason Beghe). It appears that Lindsay was particularly close with the latter's late wife. This glimpse into the past might also give fans some more insights about Voight's life.
With Halstead, the report claimed that his family background and the life he had during his military days will also be revealed. The part of the story where he got to meet Gurwitch (Samuel C. Hunt) in the service will particularly be pointed out.
