'Chicago PD' Season 3 Episode 16 Spoilers: Voight Urges The Precinct To Find Justice For A Young Boy's Death
NBC's hit police procedural drama TV series "Chicago PD" Season 3 will return this week to feature a very sensitive case which looks like it might have been taken straight from real-world headlines.
The spoiler report from Yahoo TV indicates that the upcoming episode, titled "The Case That Needs To Be Solved," is not for those who have a weak constitution. Shared in the report is an exclusive first look from the episode, featuring a group of Intelligence operatives arriving at a scene where a nine-year-old boy was found dead. The area, as it appears, happens to be a battleground between rival gangs.
The teaser further reveals the difficulty that the CPD will encounter while tackling the case. It seems like the neighbors and bystanders are not that willing to talk about what they've witnessed of the incident.

The plot is yet to get even more complicated. The episode summary indicates that the father of the dead youngster has a criminal background and was actually a part of a local gang who might be in conflict with the other parties.
In another part of the teaser, Voight and the rest of the squad gather to hold a candlelight vigil for the boy.
A promo video, this time posted over at YouTube, sees Voight talking to the operatives:
"We solve the case that needs to be solved," the police officer said solemnly.
The segment will also touch on some real-life issues involving black rights. In one scene, a character asked whether or not black lives matter to them.
But Hank, an enforcer of justice, won't let this issue impede the investigation. There's a high possibility that the people involved in the merciless killing are also black and that the families of the accused will react vehemently to the arrest.
"He'll pay for his crimes," Hank said with conviction.
Tense scenes then flashed on the screen showing several men running away from the police.
