Chris Brown Could Get Out Of Jail In Days?

Chris Brown could possibly get out of jail soon, according to reports.

Brown is being held in jail until an assault case that he was charged with in Washington D.C. is resolved. The charge stems from the singer being accused of breaking the nose of Parker Isaac Adams, 20, who allegedly attempted to sneak into a photograph that Brown was taking with two women last year, according to E! News reports.

However, Brown's attorney Mark Gerago, is trying to get the 24-year-old singer off the hook by trying to get Adams to accept a financial settlement in a civil case, according to TMZ. The publication is reporting that Adams could receive several hundred thousand dollars if he could drop charges against Brown, according to TMZ.

If accepted, the deal could take place in a matter of days which may shorten Brown's jail time. After being booted from his second rehab in nine months, Brown was told to stay in jail until April 23, when it will be determined if allegations of a Washington D.C. assault will violate his probation.

If Adams does not drop charges against the singer, Brown would have violated the probation that he was given after assaulting ex-girlfriend and singer Rihanna in 2009. While previous reports stated that Brown, the 24-year-old singer-songwriter was booted from rehab where he was ordered to by a Los Angeles judge, CNN is revealing the reason he was told to leave.

At the Malibu rehab center where he was asked to stay while awaiting an assault case in Washington D.C. to be sorted out, Brown reportedly worried counselors. The singer reportedly wrote on a card a statement that counselors called "provocative."

"I am good at using guns and knives," Brown wrote, according to a document read in court.

Aside from the note, Brown also reportedly broke two other rules in the facility. He refused a drug test, although his lawyer denied that, and also touched elbows with a female patient while prohibited from touching any women in the facility.

In an unrelated incident, sources allegedly told TMZ that Brown had an inappropriate relationship with a female who works at the rehab facility earlier this month. The news comes months after he left a previous facility for reportedly throwing a rock at his mother's car window.
