Chris Brown Snubs Frank Ocean After Grammys Win (VIDEO)

Chris Brown has been criticized for failing to join the crowd in giving singer Frank Ocean a standing ovation during his win at Sunday night's Grammy Awards.

Ocean, whose ongoing feud with Brown reached new heights after a violent brawl just two weeks ago, edged out the 23-year-old to win the Grammy for Best Urban Contemporary Album for "Channel Orange." As the 25-year-old approached the stage, cameras caught an awkward shot of Brown who while politely clapping, remained in his seat, according to the New York Daily News.

Fans flocked to social networking site Twitter to weigh in on the alleged snub and while some blasted Brown as being a "sore loser," others stated that they weren't surprised due to the pair's history.

"And the award for sore loser at the Grammy's goes to.... Chris Brown," Steph K tweeted.

"I know I'm late on the Chris Brown and Frank Ocean Grammy situation but i wouldn't stand up for someone I just fought either," Crystal. R tweeted.

"Breezy wasn't the only one, what about Miguel? Ya'll need to leave Chris alone, he can do as he pleases," Tim tweeted.

Singer Miguel was also in the running for his album "Kaleidoscope Dream," and he too opted to remain seated during the applause for Ocean.

On Jan. 27 Brown and Ocean were involved in a violent brawl in a Los Angeles recording studio over an alleged dispute over a parking lot. While Ocean claimed that Brown "jumped" him, the "Turn Up The Music" singer has maintained his innocence.

Police are still investigating the incident, although Ocean recently confirmed that he will not press any charges against Brown.

"As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer," Ocean said in a statement obtained by TMZ. "I'll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace."

Both singers have reportedly been clashing since 2011 after Brown compared Ocean to singer-songwriters James Fauntleroy and Kevin Cossum. Months later Brown was accused of using a homophobic slur when referring to Ocean, who is openly bisexual.
