Chris Brown Thanks God After Jail Release; Girlfriend Karruche Tran Likens Self to Yoko Ono
Chris Brown took to social networking site Twitter on Monday to Thank God following his release from jail.
The "Loyal" singer, 25, was reportedly released from from a Los Angeles County jail just after midnight, after having served 108 days of a 131-day sentence for probation violation. Last month a judged ruled that Brown's involvement in a Washington, D.C., brawl last year violated terms of his probation stemming from his 2009 Rihanna assault case.
"Humbled and Blessed … Back to the Music and the Fans … Thank you GOD," Brown wrote in a series of tweets Monday after his release.

Brown's girlfriend Karrueche Tran celebrated his release by sharing a series of romantic pictures on Instagram.

The Los Angeles-based model posted photos of herself with Brown alongside photos of the late John Lennon and Yoko Ono captioned with a heart symbol. The photos appear to liken Tran and Brown with the famous couple.
The embattled singer was arrested in March after being kicked out of a rehabilitation facility for violating its rules. It is still unclear why exactly Brown, who was fulfilling his court-ordered anger management therapy, was kicked out of the facility, however, insiders claim it was due to inappropriate behavior.
The jail release undoubtedly comes as a relief to Brown, who reportedly struggled emotionally throughout his incarceration.
"He's not eating, not sleeping, and he's out of his mind. He talks to himself. He's tired and frustrated and feels like he's trapped like a small hamster in a cage," a source previously told HollywoodLife.com about Brown's state inside prison.
"He sounded like he'd just given up on life," the source said at the time. "It's bad, real bad. All hope is gone. He can't take it and everybody that knows him can't believe he's still alive."
Brown's Washington D.C. case, which left at least one man injured last October, is scheduled for trial later this year.
