"For nearly three decades the Creation Festivals have gathered believers from all over the world," explained Pastor Harry Thomas, the festival co-founder, in a statement. "Our prayer for Creation '07 is that people will be changed, restored, and challenged to serve the Lord and make a difference in this world. You are invited to come and experience what could easily be the highlight of your summer and maybe your life!"

Tickets have already gone on sale for the two main venues, Creation Northeast and Creation Northwest. The 29th annual Creation Northeast, the largest outdoor Christian music and teaching festival, will be held from June 27-30 at the Agape Farm in the mountain ranges of Mount Union, Pa., about 150 miles east of Pittsburgh. The 10th year for the Creation Northwest will be held July 25-28 at the Gorge Amphitheater in George, Wash., about 150 miles east of Seattle.

The festivals have also brought in some of the nation's top Christian speakers such as Ron Luce, founder of Teen Mania Ministries; Bob Lenz, president of Life Promotions; Duffy Robbins; and Jay and Laura Laffoon, the founders of Celebrate Ministries.

The events will also offer conferences and workshops to aid worship leaders, musically interested individuals, and ministry leaders not involved in music. The founders hope that people can use the festivals as a learning tool to help them in their Christian works.

Another highlight of the concerts will be the "X2007 Fringe Stage," sponsored by popular Christian label Tooth and Nail Records. The stage will sport some of the best alternative Christian artists: Emery, Flyleaf, Family Force 5, Project 86, Hawk Nelson, John Reuben, Pillar, Superchic[k], MOC, Fireflight, Mainstay, and Seventh Day Slumber.

"An important focus for the Festival is worship and this summer is no different," concluded a festival description.

According to event organizers, the festivals have events for everyone in the family, ranging from young children to their parents.
