'Dance Moms' Season 6 Update: Maddie Ziegler Quitting Show; Abby At Odds With Producer

American reality television show "Dance Moms" is going to go through some changes after it was revealed that Maddie Ziegler will be leaving the show for good after season 6. According to Entertainment Online, the young dancer, actress and model will be bidding Abby Lee Dance Company adieu to venture into greater heights.

Maddie's mom, Melissa Gisoni, was the one who announced the news to the cast during a taping of the hit Lifetime reality show. Maddie's younger sister, Mackenzie, will no longer be returning as well. Fans who have followed Maddie throughout "Dance Moms" don't have to worry though as she will be appearing in an upcoming film titled "The Book of Henry" which stars Naomi Watts, Sarah Silverman, Bobby Moynihan and child actor Jacob Tremblay. She is also part of singer Sia's upcoming movie "Sister." Maddie has worked with Sia for quite some time already after starring in three of her music videos.

While Maddie has a bright future ahead, the reality show is said to have some bumps along the way. According to International Business Times, Abby Lee Dance Company owner and instructor Abby Lee Miller revealed that there's going to be a "war" in episode 15. She said that during the Fierce National Dance Competition in Agoura Hills, California, she had a conflict with one of the show's producers.

The reason for the conflict wasn't anything major but it was enough for Abby to snap. She said through her Instagram, "The Huntsman: Winter's War! And a war it was ..." Abby wrote. "One of the producers went off on our friend and stylist to the stars, stopping her from coming in during a lunch break to say, Hello!"

The source said it wasn't the first time for Abby to have an issue with the show's production team. She previously revealed that she had a conflict with a male producer who was suggesting that one of her students could portray a pregnant teen onstage.
