She is about to make an announcement that would be painful for her team, and fans speculate that the news she will deliver is connected to her current legal woes, according to the Inquisitr.
It can be remembered that Miller was indicted for bankruptcy fraud. She allegedly concealed over $755,000 in her earnings from the reality show and deposited the money in a secret bank account. The ALDC coach now faces five years in jail time and around $5 million in fines, the report details.

While Miller brought up the possibility of her permanent absence from "Dance Moms" after the current season, she said it has nothing to do with her legal troubles. She explained that she refuses to give in to some ideas of the producers.
"When a grown man tells me he wants one of my kids to portray a pregnant teen and wear a baby bump — I have to put my foot down," Miller explained.
Meanwhile, Maddie Ziegler is set to return to the ALDC during the Tuesday episode of the reality show. Unfortunately, not everything will run smoothly for her because she will have to compete with newcomer Brynn Rumfallo, the International Business Times reports.
Also, more trouble will be brewing up as a beef will erupt between Kendall Vertes' mother Jill and Brynn's mom Ashley. The preview for episode 4 shows Ashley and Jill shouting at each other. Viewers will also witness more drama after Miller's new mini team's first event.
