The Hollywood Reporter's Paul Bond writes:

The right-wing filmmaker, who is under indictment for violating campaign finance laws, borrows video from Zach Galifianakis' interview with the president to market his upcoming movie, "America."

In a quirky bit of marketing for a political documentary, conservative filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza has released a video parody (BELOW) of the Funny or Die online series Between Two Ferns, itself a parody of TV talk shows.

The episode D'Souza spoofed was the one Funny or Die released March 11 in which host Zach Galifianakis interviews President Barack Obama about the Affordable Care Act. That segment reached 10 million views more quickly than any other video in the seven-year history of Funny or Die, a website co-owned by Will Ferrell, Judd Apatow and others.
