Describing itself on its Facebook page as “the leading Sugar Daddy dating site,” Seeking Arrangement tells potential users that they can make “a relationship on your terms.”

NCOSE put Seeking Arrangement on the list because they believe the dating site “is taking advantage of socioeconomically vulnerable populations.”

“Seeking Arrangement targets college students who are struggling with student debt with advertisements and free premium accounts, in order to provide sexual gratification to more socio-economically advantaged men,” continued NCOSE.

“Make no mistake, sugar dating is prostitution with a thin veneer of relationship and it is vital to push back against the normalization of such an exploitative trend.”
