'Elementary' Season 4 Episode 11 Spoilers: Holmes, Watson Take On A Tricky Case
CBS hit drama TV series "Elementary" Season 4 returns this week with an episode that will see the duo Sherlock Holmes (Jonny Lee Miller) and Joan Watson (Lucy Liu) taking on one of the most trickiest homicide cases yet.
The synopsis shared over at The Futon Critic for the episode called "Down Where the Dead Delight," gave hints that while the pair have proven time and time again their skills in making sense of even the most bizarre pieces of evidence to pin down a case, this time, however, they will have to solve one without any physical evidence.
As detailed by TFC, the two will be called to search for the person responsible in blowing up the morgue in New York City. What makes the task quite difficult is the fact that the perpetrator made sure that not even a strand of hair was left on the scene, which the authorities could have used to build up their investigation.
With no clues on the trail, how will Holmes and Watson solve the case? It appears that both detectives will have to bring out their thinking juices from their mental reserves as they attempt to tackle the problem.
In another development, Watson will be caught surprised when a nemesis at work approaches her with a request. According to the summary, a New York Police Department detective with whom Sherlock's sober companion has had some beef with for quite some time now is asking her expertise on a case that the person in question is currently working on.
With the grudge they have for each other, it would be logical for Watson to suspect the NYPD officer's intention behind the request. What exactly does the detective want from her? Could this be part of her adversary's plan to bring her down or discredit her work? Regardless of which, fans should expect Joan walking on a tightrope as she deals with this co-worker.
Find out how these events unfold when "Elementary" Season 4 Episode 11 "Down Where The Dead Delight" premieres this Thursday, Feb. 4 at 10 p.m. on CBS.
