Eyewitnesses Say Lindsay Lohan Appeared 'Loaded' At Chateau Marmont, Star to Sue?
Lindsay Lohan is reportedly so outraged about the accusation that she was "loaded" at a SAG Awards after party Sunday night, that she is threatening to sue the media outlet who published the story.
RadarOnline published a story the following day claiming sources saw Lohan go to the "restroom with a male companion on numerous occasions," and said when the two emerged, Lohan "was giggling and her nose appeared red."
While the actress does acknowledge attending the party at the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood, she asserts that she was only drinking water, and sitting next to actor Alan Cummings the entire night.

RadarOnline's sources did acknowledge that the actress was only drinking water while in the hotel's lounge area, but claim she "appeared to be loaded on something, and she seemed under the influence."
Lohan who has been consistently in the press over the last few years for drunk and outrageous behavior, is furious about the claims, saying the there is absolutely no truth to it. The actress is trying hard to revive her career, which had taken a turn for the worst with well documented trouble with drugs and alcohol.
Recently it appears she has been making real effort to clean up her act, with Judge Stephanie Sautner even commending her efforts at her last hearing by telling her to "just keep doing what you're doing, you appear to be doing it well."
