Galaxy Note 3 Specs Hint at Device Launching Around Android 4.3 Release Date
A new benchmarks leak that reveals the Galaxy Note 3 specs yet again hints at the device launching sometime around the Android 4.3 release date.
The data pointed to the phablet running Android 4.2.2 and Android 4.3. The company could be waiting for the official roll out of the software to launch the Note 3. The benchmarks also showed some of the other specifications that will be found on the device that include a 2.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 GPU graphics, and a 1920 x 1080 resolution display.
The performance of the handset is on par with the Galaxy S4, according to the data. The model use in the benchmarks was assumed to be a test model so the final version is expected to perform at even faster speeds.

Two new pictures believe to be of the Galaxy Note 3 were posted by a site known as Weibo. It showed the display of the device and some of its internal components. The pictures are not high quality and don't reveal many details about the handset.

Samsung is still deciding whether or not to use one on the upcoming phablet, according to another report from Asia Economic. The company is waiting to see if its display-making unit is able to achieve adequate production yields in order to supply the masses with the device.
The publication also stated that Samsung will wait until the end of August to decide if they want to give the Note 3 a flexible display or not. However, this contradicts some of the recent rumors that point to the company unveiling the device in the beginning of September. The report also reiterates that Samsung will ship multiple variants of the Note 3 including versions with LCD, glass-based OLED and plastic-based OLED.
