However, since the finale, there have been several hints that Jon Snow will be returning to the small screen once again. Aside from the fact that Harrington was seen on the set of the series, fans got a glimmer of hope for his return when HBO released a teaser for the upcoming season that featured Jon Snow himself.

In addition, it was recently reported that Natalie Dormer, who plays the role of Margaery, could have teased his return as well. She recently made an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, where she opened up about some details regarding the series.

She explained that she, as well, tries her best to avoid spoilers for the series. She does this by reading only her part of the script so she can be surprised when the series airs. However, it seems as though there are still some instances where she found out about something that she was not hoping to know about.

She stated, "It's annoying sometimes because I'll be in the hair-and-makeup trailer and someone will show up and I'll be like, 'What are you doing here? Oh my God, you're back?! I've got to leave."

Her comment made fans wonder if she was referring to Kit Harrington, which will signify the return of Jon Snow in the upcoming episodes to come. With that, fans will just have to wait for the series to return to find out Jon Snow's fate.

"Game of Thrones" season 6 is expected to return on HBO this April.
