Giuliana Rancic Wants Baby Number 2 as Couple Discusses 'Bigger Family'
Giuliana Rancic revealed that she and her husband Bill are considering having another baby, more than a year after she underwent a mastectomy.
"We're definitely thinking about it," Rancic told Billy Bush and Kit Hoover on Wednesday's Access Hollywood Live. "We'd love another child. So, we'll see."
The E! News host said Bill is an excellent dad to their 9-month-old son. Bill tries to be engaged as possible with his child.

"I think Bill is an incredible father -- so loving," she said. "There are times where I definitely think Bill is a better parent. If I'm at work, Bill will step in and he's just a great dad. Instead of sitting the kid in front of cartoons, he takes him out and tries to engage with him and do whatever he can with him.
"He just wants to be as involved as possible with the baby," she continued. "And there are some nights I'll say, 'Let's go out to dinner with friends tonight.' And he'll go, 'No, let's stay in with the baby.' So its little things like that."
However Rancic jokingly stated that sometimes her husband feels one child is enough to handle.
"Any time we have a rough time with Duke, he's like, 'what do you think about just one?'" she said. "I'm like, 'Bill, I'm Italian, I need a big family.' I mean, there's nothing more beautiful. I think [you should] have as many kids as you can handle!"
The "E! News Live" host was diagnosed with breast cancer in October 2011 and underwent an unsuccessful lumpectomy before she and her husband decided the mastectomy was the route to go, instead of having a double lumpectomy.
She explained that some of the pros of the surgery would be not having to worry about future mammograms and allowing her to possibly have children sooner.
