The Snapmatic feature will now have new filters, borders, facial expressions and more that will be added permanently to the game. All of these features could be accessed in the Story mode as well as online. A new Meme Creator will also be added which will provide players with some new quips.

Rockstar will also be holding a sale between today and Jan. 5 that will give players discounts on select weapons, vehicles and apartments. Players having a rough time affording these objects in the game should act now.

Grand Theft Auto V was released on Sept. 17, 2013 and quickly became one of the highest-selling games of all time, earning over $800 million in the first 24 hours and $1 billion within its first three days. It features the same 3D open world gameplay that was first introduced in Grand Theft Auto 3 that was released in 2001.

Various improvements were made in this installment including the ability to play with more than one character and a more complex storyline. The open world also has more activities for players to participate in with their characters. It will most likely be the final Grand Theft Auto to launch for the PS3 and Xbox One.
