Myth No. 3: China no longer forces women to have abortions
Clinton frequently boasts of having traveled to 112 countries during her tenure as secretary of state and for giving a speech in Beijing, China, as first lady in 1995 at the U.N.'s Fourth World Conference on Women in which she said "women's rights are human rights."
Last week, Clinton said she has "been to countries where governments forced women to have abortions, like they used to do in China." Surprisingly, Clinton isn't aware that China continues to force women to have abortions.

CP reported in August that a woman who was eight months pregnant was forced to choose between either having an abortion or face both she and her husband losing their government jobs. This decision was forced upon her because the regime demands that women abort their third child, even if they are part of a blended family in which each parent only has one child from a previous marriage.
A woman named He Liping was also forced to either abort her baby during the six month of pregnancy or pay a so-called terror fine of $39,000, according to Reggie Littlejohn, president of Women's Rights Without Frontiers.
These are just two cases among the thousands of women who suffer the mental, emotional and physical consequences of abortion.
Myth No. 4: Late-term abortions are necessary to save women's lives
After Clinton's remarks last week in which she said late-term abortions are necessary to save the lives of mothers,California-based OB/GYN, Dr. Lawrence Koning, responded to her claims in a Facebook post, saying there is "no medical" situation that requires aborting a child.
"As an OB/GYN physician for 31 years there is no medical situation that requires aborting/killing the baby in the third trimester to 'save the mother's life,'" Koning wrote. "Just deliver the baby by C-section and the baby has a 95-plus percent survival with readily available NICU care even at 28 weeks. C-section is quicker and safer than partial birth abortion for the mother."
Lila Rose, president of the pro-life group Live Action, also pointed to a survey that shows "more than 1,000 medical professionals have concluded that abortion is never medically necessary to save a mother's life.
"While life-saving treatment for a mother may result in the death of her preborn child, there's a fundamental difference between a woman receiving medical treatment for her condition versus choosing an abortion to directly kill her preborn child," Rose said.
CP also interviewed an abortionist (who will remain anonymous for this report), who said that even though they perform both first and second trimester abortions, their own medical observations have led them to conclude that, especially after the first trimester of pregnancy, it is safer for the mother's health to carry the baby to term than it is for her to have an abortion.
It's a fallacy to believe that a woman must pay a late-term abortionist $10,000 to save her life if her health is at risk in a medical emergency instead of receiving care at a hospital or from her treating physician who knows her medical history.
It's especially concerning that Clinton would suggest this option for women given that abortion clinics are not equipped to handle medical emergencies, such as the hemorrhaging women experience after an abortion that can lead to death.
