Hollywood Publicist Saves Suicidal Woman's Life, Introduces Her to Jesus and She Becomes a Believer (PHOTOS)
Publicist to the stars Domenick Louis Nati Jr. recently opened up about saving a suicidal woman's life and helping her get saved by Christ.
In recent weeks, Nati, who represents stars such as rapper DMX and "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" Host Cedric "The Entertainer," attended a service at One Community Church in Lynchburg, Virginia as he does every Sunday, but he had no idea that on that particular day he would prevent a woman from ending her life.
His church pastor launched a program called "Love Unleashed," which is a 500-hour program that requires members of his congregation to "display love to the community." Nati signed up, which is how he met the fragile woman - her name has been withheld for privacy reasons.

"After church two weeks ago, six of us (including myself) went out and just walked around the neighborhood. [We] knocked on doors and stopped people - just kind of walked around to see if they needed prayer or healing," he recounted. "We kept seeing this lady walk by with two children and the third time we saw her my friend said 'we keep seeing that lady' so I said 'let's go pray for her.'"
The Hollywood publicist, 35, grew up in Buffalo, New York and was the son of a pastor. After working in television and film for several years, he moved into public relations before launching his Nati Celebrity Services company in 2006.
He attended the Brownsville Revival, Bethel Church and the Jesus Culture youth ministry and was saved at the age of 21.

"So we walked across the street and stopped her and I said 'we keep seeing you and we're praying for people and I feel like God keeps showing you to us. Is there anything that we can pray for?' And she said 'well life is tough. I didn't have any money to buy my kids school supplies and I'm depressed a lot and financially, things are tough' - she was upset a lot," he said.
Nati lives with his wife and kids in Lynchburg and he had absolutely no connection to the woman prior to meeting her on the street. She is a middle aged mother of two and was working at Wendy's at the time.
"So I start praying for her and I had a lot of faith. I prayed that she would receive joy from the holy spirit and after we were done, I remember saying 'remember this day because things are about to change for you.' I said 'things are going to be different financially and things are going to be different [overall],'" Nati recounted.
After the woman left, Nati proceeded to pray over her house (she had given him her address). One week later he would unexpectedly meet her again in church.
"One of the ushers brought this lady over to me and she said 'yeah that's him' and I was like 'oh my gosh she's here at church,' he said. "I gave her a big hug and at the end of the service the pastor said 'we're having an open baptism today. Would anyone like to give their life to Jesus?'"
The woman, who was a non-believer up until last Sunday, lifted her hand and was baptized and saved that day – all thanks to her chance encounter with Nati and his church friends.
She shared with Nati that she had been "suicidal" on the day that she met him, however, the prayer ultimately saved her life.
"[She] kept thinking about jumping off a bridge that day that we saw her on the street [but] after we prayed, she went home and fell to her knees. She started crying and she felt happy for the first time in a long time," he said.
Prior to meeting Nati, the woman did not go to church nor did she have any relationship with God. However, their run-in led her to embrace Christ in her life.
"She started praising God [when she got home]. Her children asked 'what's wrong' and she told them 'I got blessed today,'" he said.
Soon after saving the woman's life, Nati and his wife were not only able to find her a new job, but one that provides more money.
"My wife actually knew someone that was hiring that was going to give her twice as much money as she's making now, so it looks like she's going to get a big pay increase," he said. "So everything that we prayed for (joy and financial) was answered very quickly."
Since being saved, the woman is no longer depressed and she now dedicates her life to Jesus.
"I think the thing that hits me the most is sometimes I get caught up in what I do for work [and] there's a large level of joy that you get just to be a part of someone's connection to God. Seeing her hand raised when I was in church ... I just remember watching that and how much joy that brought me," he shared.
"I kind of had forgotten that feeling of doing something as simple as walking outside and seeing if people need prayer and praying with people and then seeing their lives changed. Just doing things for God and sharing with people on the street the way the disciples did, there's just a joy to be a part of that."
