Howard Stern Feud With Howie Mandel: It's 'Getting Annoying' (VIDEO)

Howard Stern had his feathers ruffled on Tuesday night after one contestant, whose surge forward in the competition was questionable, continued on with an even less impressive act.

Disapproving of his act from the start, Stern was not happy to see former karaoke singer Big Barry take the stage in New York. He blamed Howie Mandel for Barry's continuance in the contest and even went as far as to suggest that Mandel owed the other, more talented contestants who didn't make the cut an apology.

"I'm getting recognized a lot," Barry said for the show interview on Tuesday. "I like being the center of attention."

Steam between Stern and Mandel appeared to start long before Barry even took the stage on Tuesday night.

"I could sum up Barry in three words. Fun. Funny. Big," Mandel said during the interview.

"No,no, and no," Stern countered. "My big toe has more talent than Big Barry. There is absolutely no place for him on my stage."

Barry also admitted that he was concerned about get Stern's approval.

"I worry about Howard Stern because he definitely wasn't one of my biggest fans," Barry said. "I'm going to prove to Howard that Big Barry has got big talent."

However, only seconds into Barry's performance, Stern had already decided that Barry's performance had come in as short as his actual height. While Mandel stood with cheer, Stern was flustered and the audience offered mixed reactions.

"I'm going to be totally honest because Howard and I have been having this argument for weeks," Mandel began. "You're not a good singer but you've this amazing character and you've got this God-given stature and sound--"

"Oh ok, c'mon," Stern interrupted. "The Howie filibuster is getting annoying to me actually. I've got to tell you, this isn't about you Big Barry this about Howie and how he treats the show."

Stern then goes on to state that Mandel owes an apology to other contestants who were more talented.

Although Mandel continued to try and chime in after Stern took over, the talk show host didn't offer much ground and kept the speaking floor mostly to himself.

"Barry you're not fun, you're not funny, and you're not talented," Stern insisted. The argument between the two continued for minutes on after.
