iCloud Release Date: Apple Leaks Welcome Email
With less than 24 hours away from unveiling the latest iPhone and its new iOS 5, Apple has accidentally sent out emails to some of its subscribers welcoming them to the iCloud.
According to AppleInsider, one of its readers received the email last week welcoming him to the service and also informing him that his Apple ID to set up his iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Mac and PC, will be his email address.
The email instructed the person to “follow these instructions and you’ll be up and running in no time.”

However, the link does not work, which suggests that the email was sent out accidentally.
"Once iCloud is set up, it stores your content and wirelessly pushes it to all your devices. For example, buy a song with iTunes on your computer, and it will appear on your iPod Touch and iPad," the email read.
iCloud is a service which is integrated into the new iOS 5 and stores up to 5 GB of content online, which is accessible from its devices via internet connection.
The new iPhone update along with the new iOS 5 is expected to launch tomorrow at Apple’s “Let’s talk iPhone” event.
The iCloud web page still says “coming this fall.”
