iPhone 6 Concept Images Released: Reveal Bezel-less Handset

New iPhone 6 Concept images were released by Nowhereelse.fr this week.

These high-quality renders feature a handset that closely resembles the iPhone 5; however, it does not have any bezels. It also looks a lot like the Galaxy S3 and sports a much larger 4.8-inch display.

A Russian site known as AppleInsider also created a concept image for the iPhone 6 along with a video that fully displayed the proposed specifications for the handset.

This concept version featured a 4.2-inch display that is much wider than the screen found on the iPhone 5. It also comes with a mini-jack and microphone at the bottom and has a back plate that is almost identical to the one found on the previous model. Stereo speakers are located at the bottom of the back and it seems to be lighter than the iPhone 5, weighing only 3.66 ounces.

The concept also has the iPhone 6 coming in multiple colors including black, white, yellow, orange, red, purple, blue, and grey.

The iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S will both launch sometime in 2013, according to reports.

The information came from a Chinese mobile information site called Laoyaoba.com, which stated that an inside source has seen both the iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S at Apple suppliers. He also claims that this means that Apple will launch both models before the end of 2013.

The site also described the design of the iPhone 5S, stating that it closely resembles the iPhone 5 and said that the iPhone 6 features a 5-inch screen and a thinner and lighter design. This rumor agrees with some that have surfaced in the past pointing to a larger iPhone 6 launching this year.

Mac Rumors believes that this information could be credible.

"Due to Apple's use of Chinese manufacturers and the need to prototype their designs, it's possible that all of these sightings could be true, yet Apple may still not launch such a device in 2013," wrote the site. "If Apple does begin ramping up production for 2013, we expect we'll see parts of this larger device to also begin to leak out of China."
