Isabel Celis Missing, Father Prohibited From Contact With Other Children
The father of missing Isabel Celis, 6, has been prohibited from having contact with his other children, according to recent reports. Arizona's child welfare agency has said that Sergio Celis is cooperating with their order.
The development comes as the 911 calls made by Sergio were released.
"He's voluntarily agreed with CPS to stay away from the children," Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villasenor explained at a news conference. Celis has two sons in addition to missing Isabel, and Villansenor said that both CPS and the police cannot "talk about other details" or give a reason as to why Celis is being kept away from his sons.

Isabel Celis was reported missing on April 21 after her parents realized she was not in her room. Police have released the recorded 911 tapes made by Sergio that morning. He begins by telling the operator his daughter "was abducted from my house."
When asked by the operator why he thinks she was abducted, Celis states, "I have no idea. We woke up this morning and went to go get her up, start her baseball game and she's gone. I woke up my, my sons, I, we looked everywhere in the house and my oldest son noticed that her window was wide open and the screen was laying in the backyard. We've looked all around the house."
The case has garnered national attention, with police asking for the public's help in locating the child. While they are investigating several leads, no suspects have been taken into custody. Villasenor says that he is "not giving up hope" authorities will find Celis.
"We have not eliminated any possibilities in this case," he said. "We're still doing a lot of work. It's a very painstaking process. Sometimes these cases are decided on one big break. We are waiting for that break."
