James Franco Trash Upsetting Neighbors in Los Angeles (VIDEO)

James Franco's trash is bothering his neighbors in Los Angeles, according to reports this week.

The Hollywood actor's neighbors have allegedly complained that he leaves trash everywhere, as well as taking up valuable parking spaces and making lots if noise, a report from celebrity news website TMZ has claimed.

Numerous formal complaints have been filed with the Los Angeles Housing Department, according to the TMZ report, listing various issues that local residents are unhappy with regarding their famous neighbor.

One neighbor has told TMZ that film crew and other workers with Franco have filled the streets in their neighborhood recently, meaning parking and navigating through the small street has become a nightmare for other locals.

Some have also claimed that kids in the neighborhood are also at increased risk due to the excessive amount of vehicles now coming and going from Franco's residence there.

The increased activity on Franco's property has also produced huge amounts of trash, some of which has blown onto neighboring properties, sparking even more complaints.

Franco has been in the news a lot recently, with many other reports suggesting he is now in a relationship with "Spring Breakers" co-star Ashley Benson.

Best known for his films such as "Planet of the Apes" and "127 Hours," Franco is 12 years older than the "Pretty Little Liars" star, Benson.

An insider has previously suggested that Franco and Benson are smitten with one another, and have even been dating since September 2012.

"They have been seeing each other for a little over a month," said a source close to the actors said in October, speaking to The New York Post. "But things are going very well."
