'Jane The Virgin' Season 2 Episode 9 Spoilers: Midseason Premiere Will Have 'Big Romantic Developments'
More exciting family drama, surprising twists, and romantic developments are to be expected when The CW's hit drama TV series "Jane The Virgin" return to the small screens for the second half of Season 2.
According to The Futon Critic, fans will find out more about Jane's (Gina Rodriguez) latest challenges as a parent and then as a Teaching Assistant. As specified, the single mom will be faced with the difficult task of sleep training baby Mateo. As if taking care of her son won't be hard enough, she is now also starting her new job as a TA where she has to deal with a class filled with school athletes who are eager to nab an easy A.
In another development, Petra (Yael Grobglas) tells Rafael (Justin Baldoni) the truth as she is now more than determined to put her mother away.

Speaking of families, Rogelio's (Jaime Camil) mom, Liliana (guest star Rita Moreno) is coming into town to see her son. The visit could turn out to be a big one as the TFC report indicates that she will reveal a "40 year old family secret."
More truths will be revealed, this time on Michael's (Brett Dier) part as he gets wind of new information about Luisa's (Yara Martinez) mother as well as with Liliana.
To further tease about the midseason premiere, executive producer Jennie Urman talked to TVLine about what's coming up on the show.
According to the EP, followers of the series should expect "some pretty definitive moves pretty soon" particularly in the love department.
"We have some big romantic developments coming [up]. Without saying who it's between, it's going to definitely resonate between [Jane and Rafael] as parents and also in terms of where they are in their relationship," Urman told the media outlet.
