Jennifer Aniston Not a Fan of Social Media, Selfies: 'I Don't Understand Them'

Jennifer Aniston recently revealed that she is not a fan of social media during a candid interview with Self magazine.

While most Hollywood stars can't seem to get enough of Twitter and Instagram, the "Horrible Bosses 2" star, 45, admitted that she can't grasp the concept of selfies. Aniston also revealed other fun facts including which reality TV show is her "guilty pleasure," and which celebrities she would trade bodies with,

"I don't have Instagram. And I'm not a fan of selfies," Aniston told Self.com. "I don't understand them. I feel like there's enough out there," she continued adding 'why add to it?'"

The former "Friends" spent a decade playing Rachel Green on television screens around the world before going on to focus on films and she revealed which TV shows keep her entertained during her spare time.

"I have to say, 'The Voice' and 'America's Got Talent.' The auditions really kind of are fabulous," Aniston said when asked about her "guilty pleasure."

The Hollywood actress, who is engaged to actor Justin Theroux, is often admired for her physique, however, she admitted that she wouldn't mind trading bodies with supermodel Gisele Bundchen for a day.

"Would I really want to give it back?" she said. "I'd love to be able to ski like a crazy person, like Lindsey Vonn. Then I'd also like to have Gisele's body, just 'cause, why not?"

Last month Aniston, who was once married to actor Brad Pitt, spent the eve of her birthday interviewing Gloria Steinem at The Makers Conference in Ranchos Palos Verdes, Calif. At one point during the interview she alluded to societal pressures women are often subject to.

"The public has a great interest in our personal lives," she was quoted as saying by E! Online.

"I know you've come up against this and I certainly have, too ... where being a woman, our value and our worth is basically associated with our marital status or whether or not we have procreated," she continued.

"Well, I guess we're in deep s---," the widowed Steinem quipped.
