Jennifer Aniston Seeing Confidence Counselor Ahead of Seeing Brad and Angelina

Jennifer Aniston is reportedly so stressed and anxious about seeing former husband Brad Pitt and his fiancé Angelina Jolie that she is seeing a confidence counselor. Aniston is engaged to Justin Theroux, and the two are expected to be at friend George Clooney's wedding, along with Pitt and Jolie, which is why Aniston is seeking the help of a counselor to deal with the possible emotional encounter.

"Jen's no stranger to therapy, so she decided to seek some help," a source told In Touch Weekly. "At the wedding, she'll have Justin there for support, but the thought of seeing Brad and Angelina is quite overwhelming."

Aniston allegedly had a traumatic breakup with Pitt after it was discovered that he had feelings for Jolie. Pitt and Jolie worked together on "Mr. and Mrs. Smith," where they played a married couple; Jolie has said before that she fell in love with Pitt on the set of the film. The couple formally got together after Pitt separated from Aniston in a divorce that was finalized nine years ago.

Although it's not the first time the four will be in the same place, it will be a much more intimate setting, which means there is a greater chance they will be forced to interact.

"The Oscars were one thing, but George's wedding will involve a being in a smaller, far more intimate group where they won't be able to avoid one another," the source added. "Jen wants it to be as breezy as possible. She has been doing role plays with her confidence coach and will be as prepared as she can be."

Theroux will likely be a good source of support for his fiancé; the two depend on one another and will be happy to spend time together and with friends. Clooney's wedding will likely be a bigger affair than most suspect and be a "who's who" of A-list celebrities.
