The video was shot when Lin was still playing for the Golden State Warriors in California. We see what Lin does from the moment he wakes up at his home in Palo Alto to the last meal he has of the day.

When Lin opens his trunk, we see five pairs of shoes in his trunk. We also see him sporting an Air Jordan tank as he practices basketball on the court. Then he's off to Dennys for what he calls the "Breakfast of Champions," which includes a steak, hash browns, egg and a chicken salad.

After his meal, he goes to Sparta Science to work out. Viewers get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of how hard the basketball star works out as he lifts weights with one leg lifted, glides side to side, and pulls a stack of weights.

The video is not all serious. There is a scene where Lin drives with no hands and shares that he failed his first driver's test because he drove at 15 mph.

Jeremy Lin's skills are unbelievable now but even back then he was good. During a skills workout, we see Lin shooting hoops from the 3-point line...and making every one or at least that's what the camera shows. By the end of the day, he has worked so much that he can wring out sweat from his basketball jersey.

He then heads off to UC Berkeley to attend "Kollaboration," an Asian-American talent show, as a guest judge. Finally, at 11 p.m. he sits down to have his last meal.

Lin who is openly Christian and has thanked God for his wins with the Knicks ends the video with a Bible verse, Colossians 3:23:

"What you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord."

His YouTube channel features Lin in comedic episode with YouTube comedy star Ryan Higa called, "How to Get into Harvard," which has amassed over 1.5 million views. The video was made when, according to Lin, he had "no life and no job."
