Jeremy Lin News: Charlotte Hornets Guard Adjusting Well after Beef with Kobe Bryant

Jeremy Lin is adjusting well with the Charlotte Hornets after his beef with Los Angeles Lakers player Kobe Bryant and head coach Byron Scott.

The Charlotte Hornets guard has been working well with head coach Steve Clifford after the acquisition. After receiving a lot of criticism from Kobe Bryant and Byron Scott, Jeremy Lin is now responding very well to Clifford's guidance and his new team has given him a fresh start in his career, according to Christian Today.

It can be remembered that the Lakers were not satisfied with Lin's performance. After the beef with Bryant and Scott, the Hornets guard now only has kinds words for them when they faced off in a recent game.

"I told him during the game, 'Man, I'm happy for you," said Lin. "I hope you're at peace because you deserve what you're getting."

Right now, the Hornets are benefiting from Lin's talent because the team has given him a chance to put his ability to good use. Compared to his stint with the Lakers, Lin is now gaining more praises than criticism and Linsanity has somehow been revived.

However, Lin will temporarily take some time off the court because of a recent ankle injury. He was not allowed to play during the match against the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday, Bleacher Report relays.

In a statement, the Charlotte Hornets PR announced that Lin, along with Al Jefferson and Spencer Hawes, are out of the game against Clippers. Nicolas Batum, on the other hand, was a game-time decision, the report adds.

While Jeremy Lin recovers from his ankle injury and is still unable to play for the Charlotte Hornets, the team can let Kemba Walker take his place. Since Brian Roberts is the only other option for a point guard, Walker would have to work on creating more offense for his team.
