Jessica Biel, Justin Timberlake Date Night in NYC after 2013 VMA's

Jessica Biel gave husband Justin Timberlake his night to shine Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards. But it wasn't long before the actress was back in the spotlight.

While Biel did not make an appearance during Sunday's VMA show, she did arrive at an after party with Timberlake to help the "Take Back the Night" singer celebrate his successful reunion performance with former boy band group, NSYNC.

Timberlake and Biel announced they were dating in 2007 after multiple pictures of the couple were published. They split in 2011, with a source telling People magazine that they both "just wanted different things." The split was not long last however and in December of the same year, Timberlake proposed. They were married on October 19, 2012 at the Borgo Egnazia resort in Fasano, Italy.

Timberlake tweeted on Sunday night after his performance that he was having a remarkable night.

"I think I just caught my breath... That was an unforgettable night for me. Thank you forever, @MTV" the singer said from an after party at which he arrived "hand in hand" with Biel according to E! News.

Biel wore a sheer, silk dress to the event, which evoked memories of a similar outfit worn by Britney Spears, Timberlake's former love interest. Spears wore the lace number to the 2001 VMA's, which she attended with Timberlake as her date.

While multiple reports declared that Biel looked "stunning," the "Illusionist" actress appeared to let her husband remain the star of the night. A day later however, while sharing date night at the Soho House, Biel took front and center stage.

The couple was photographed leaving the restaurant with Biel dressed in another black sheer dress. In the picture, Biel can be seen walking a few steps ahead of Timberlake, who is dressed more casually and trails behind his wife.
