This week fans of "19 Kids & Counting" will finally get the chance to see daughter Jill meet her now-fiancé Derick Dillard for the first time. The couple was introduced via dad Jim Bob but never physically met until several months after they'd been communicating online.

On Tuesday, viewers will get to see what happens when Jill and Jim Bob travel around the world to see if Derick could be "the one" for Jill. As the public already knows, the couple end up getting engaged and are due to be married in June. But it's still a thrilling adventure for Jill and viewers eager to see what happened during their first meeting.

"I was nervous at our first meeting because I already knew how special she was to him," Derick's mother Cathy told TLC. "I thought I could be talking to my future daughter-in-law. We hit it off and she was so easy to talk to. We had a great time."

Jim Bob and Jill flew to Nepal to meet Derick and his family; Derick and Jim Bob were already acquainted when Jim Bob began thinking that Derick might be someone good for his daughter to meet and date. However, they never physically met until several months down the line. And when they did meet, it was truly a family affair. Duggar family values state that during courting, the couple is never allowed to be alone and must abstain from physical contact, except for quick side-hugs.

"My father build a friendship with Derick before I did and that added a whole level of security," Jill told People magazine. "I traveled over 36 hours to meet him and we had a film crew filming and jet lag, so it is a different dynamic than most people have. But it was really special. We enjoyed the first several days getting to spend time together and getting to see things together."
