It's been almost one month since Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard said "I do," and new details about behind-the-scenes planning have been revealed. One of the wedding planners has spoken out about what it took to pull off the wedding, which welcomed more than 1,000 guests.

"Jill and Derick were a dynamic team. I just love watching a bride and groom know what they want and just needing to translate that to a wedding coordinator and then have the wedding coordinator execute it," one of the planners named Sierra told Duggar Family Bloggers. "They really were that awesome team that said, 'Here's what we want. Can we do it?' So we did."

The couple decided on their own traditions and came prepared with plenty of ideas as to how to make their day extra special. The bride carried Bibles handed down from the family, with the wedding rings displayed on top of them. They also had a special display featuring mom Michelle's wedding dress and Derick's deceased father's police uniform.

Sierra made sure that Jill and Derick's vision of their ideal wedding was the one that was carried out. In order to do so, she had to make sure that the entire Duggar clan was not fully involved in the actual planning but in the carrying out on the big day.

"I encouraged there not to be a whole lot of Duggar helpers," Sierra explained. "It's such a special time that if you're not careful, you can forget that it's a special time, and you miss out on the fun joy of being a family when your daughter's getting married. So if we had any questions, we really deferred to the oldest sisters or to Michelle."
