Jon Voight- Vivienne's Debut as Princess Aurora in 'Maleficent' Was 'Wonderful'
Jon Voight is the latest critic to sound off on Disney's "Maleficent" which stars not only his daughter Angelina Jolie, but also Voight's granddaughter, Vivienne Jolie-Pitt.
The proud grandfather discussed 5-year-old Vivienne's role as young Princess Aurora in the film while at The Wrap's First Annual Emmy Celebration in Los Angeles on June 5.
"Magnificent, she's wonderful," Voight told Us Weekly. "It was a very lovely moment to see Angie with her on screen, and they were terrific together. It was just great."

The Oscar-winning actor went on to recall his daughter's acting debut onscreen beside him back in 1982. Jolie was 7-year-old in the film "Lookin' to Get Out" alongside her father.
"It's the most wonderful thing when you see your little granddaughter, just like when I saw Angie on the screen, you know," Voight said.
However, the actor could not compare Vivienne to her famous mother when it comes to their similar acting debuts.
"Each one is themselves," he said, before adding, "But it was really a knockout to see her. I'm telling you. It was great."
In recent weeks, Jolie has explained that her 5-year-old daughter joined her in "Maleficent" since other toddlers were too fearful of Jolie's elaborate costume complete with horns in the Disney flick.
"We think its fun for our kids to have cameos and join us on set, but not to be actors," Jolie explained to Entertainment Weekly. "That's not our goal, for Brad and I, at all. But the other three- and four-year-old [performers] wouldn't come near me. It had to be a child that liked me and wasn't afraid of my horns and my eyes and my claws. So it had to be Viv."
Jolie shared six children with fiancé Brad Pitt; twins Vivienne and Knox, age 5, Shiloh, 8, Zahara, 9, Pax, 10, and Maddox, 12.
