Justin Bieber Baby Claim: Yeater Has 'Sexy Reputation'

The woman who claims Justin Bieber fathered her child after having sex backstage at one of his concerts considered putting the child up for adoption, according to the New York Post.

“She didn’t know if she was going to keep him,” said Samra Fae Stepper, the sister of Yeater's stepdad, to the New York Post.

Stepper housed Yeater for months while she was pregnant.

“I did ask her if she was going to keep the baby. She said she didn’t know,” said Frances Wilson, Stepper's mom.

The family tried to get information on the child's father but did not want to place pressure on Yeater.

“We kept asking about the father, but I didn’t press it,” Stepper said.

The post also reported that Yeater committed battery by slapping a man in the face in December 2010 and that she has a "sexy reputation."

A source at the Las Vegas high school Yeater attended said he remembered her getting "in trouble" multiple times because she wore “things which you just shouldn’t wear to school to school.”

Yeater, 20, said the child was conceived when her and Bieber allegedly had sex backstage after his concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles in October 2010.

She is demanding a paternity test as well as child support from the now 17-year-old pop star. Bieber was 16 at the time of the alleged conception; thus, statutory issues will need to be sorted during a court hearing on Dec. 15

Yeater's son, Tristyn, was born on July 6.

Bieber's legal team, meanwhile, has denied the allegations

"While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims," said a representative for Bieber on Wednesday.

"We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations," the representative added.

Bieber addressed the rumors himself on Twitter: "Im going to ignore the rumors...and focus on what is real," he wrote Wednesday, "an opportunity to help by doing what i love. Judge me on the music! Love yall!"
