Justin Bieber 'Baby Mama' Made Another Paternity Claim Last Year (PHOTO)

Justin Bieber fan Mariah Yeater, who recently publicly claimed that the teenage singer is the father of her baby boy, had already made a paternity claim against her ex-boyfriend last year, TMZ has claimed.

Yeater allegedly accused her ex of being the father of the same child in just 2010. He denied the claim, and Yeater was later arrested for slapping him.

According to TMZ, Yeater had been dating John Terranova toward the end of high school. Yeater and Terranova got into a fight after she told him that he was the father. He denied her allegations and Yeater was later arrested Dec. 21 for a battery after hitting him in the face, according to TMZ.

Yeater filed a paternity lawsuit on Oct. 31 and asked Justin Bieber to take a paternity test and provide “adequate support for my baby.”

Yeater told a California court that she had a tryst with Bieber after his concert at L.A’s Staples Center on Oct. 25 last year.

RadarOnline reported that Yeater told the judge: “When I later realized I was pregnant with Justin Bieber's baby, I tried to contact him through his representatives but no one ever called me back. On July 6, 2011, I gave birth to a baby boy.

“That was exactly 36 weeks and two days after the sexual encounter with Justin Bieber. Based upon the timing as well as the fact there were no other possible men that I had sex with that could be the father of this baby, I believe that Justin Bieber is in fact the father of my baby.”

Bieber has spoken out for the first time since the allegations emerged. He told the Today Show’s host Matt Lauer, “I would just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true. I know that I'm going to be a target but I'm never going to be a victim.”

He went on to say: “I think it's crazy because every night after the show I'm gone, right from the stage to my car so it's crazy that some people want to make up such false allegations but to set the record straight, none of it is true.”

Bieber told Lauer that he had “never met the woman.”

Yeater has been receiving death threats from Bieber’s fans since her allegations emerged.

Justin Bieber, who is a devout Christian, spoke out against pre-marital sex earlier this year in an interview with Rolling Stone magazine: “I don't think you should have sex with anyone unless you love them.”
