Justin Bieber Quits Concert Mid-Show Due to Food Poisoning; Shares IV Pic (PHOTO)

Justin Bieber was forced to end his Buenos Aires concert early on Sunday, reportedly due to food poisoning.

The "Bad Day" singer, 19, tweeted about his illness shortly before his scheduled show however he insisted on pulling himself together to perform for fans. When on stage Bieber quit the concert mid-show and made his exit to a chorus of boos, according to GossipCop.com.

"This sucks. #sick food poisoning... Argentina been a rough day but the show must go on. I'm coming. Not feeling so good. Actually pretty sick. Pulling it together.... Argentina we got a show to do. Love u," Bieber wrote in a series of tweets before the show.

Within hours Bieber shared a photo of himself hooked up to an IV whilst receiving treatment for his illness.

"Food poisening is #allbad #musicmondays," the Instagram photo caption read.

The news comes just days after Bieber was forced end his show in Sao Paulo, Brazil early after being hit in the head with water bottle. Crowd members were left shaken when a blue water bottle was thrown at a shirtless Bieber, almost knocking the microphone out of his hand, according to the Telegraph UK.

The "Bad Day" singer, who reportedly arrived more than one hour late to the show, just glared at the crowd before turning his back on them and storming off stage.

"The scene was so shocking that even his dancers couldn't believe what they had seen," Felipe Gladiador, who was reviewing the show for Brazil's G7 website, said according to MTV UK.

"The fans didn't know what was going on and stayed in their seats half an hour, hoping that he would come back to finish the show," he continued adding "The public called for him, sang Baby, and yet nothing."

The pop star has had a difficult month stemming from issues surrounding his personal life in addition to the drama surrounding his most recent Believe tour performances.

On Nov. 7 a young woman, identified by gossip sites as Tatiana Neves Barbosa, filmed an unsuspecting Bieber sleeping in his Brazilian villa. The video immediately went viral and fans continue to speculate how exactly Neves gained access to Bieber's room, according to HollywoodLife.com.

On Friday the "Heartbreaker" singer was charged with vandalism for illegally spray painting the wall of the former Hotel Nacional in Rio de Janeiro, Us magazine reported.
