Kanye West and Kim Kardashian to Split? Rapper Considering Staying in Paris Permanently
Kanye West is reportedly interested in a moving to France indefinitely, which has fueled speculation that the rapper and his girlfriend Kim Kardashian are headed for a split.
The "Mercy" rapper has been living in Paris for several weeks where he is said to be recording his upcoming album and Kardashian, who is expecting his child, has remained in Los Angeles. A new report claims West, 35, is considering moving to Paris indefinitely despite Kardashian being just weeks away from her due date.
"Kanye is loving Paris and is having a great time there working on his album. He'd like to move there," an insider told
The New York Post.

Kardashian, 31, reportedly has no intention of joining her boyfriend of over one year with The Post reporting that the reality TV star "has not packed up- nor is she leaving her LA-based family and reality TV empire- to join the singer full-time."
It was claimed April 3 that Kardashian, who is still legally married to NBA star Kris Humphries, felt deserted by West.
"She's eating her feelings. She's telling friends that she's miserable in her relationship with Kanye because he's deserted her," a source close to Kardashian allegedly told In Touch magazine.
"She knows she's probably going to end up as a single mom. No wonder she's packing on the pounds," the insider continued.
West has reportedly been distancing himself from Kardashian in a bid to protect his image. He recently acknowledged reports claiming his popularity is in decline and attributed this to Kardashian.
"They don't like Givenchy Kanye. They don't like Kanye in a kilt, they don't like Kanye in a relationship," he complained to New York radio station Hot 97 after falling to 7th place on this year's list for MTV's top rappers in the industry.
Randy Parker, E-Poll Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, claims Kardashian, who is now said to be six months along in her pregnancy, has in fact affected West's reputation.
"He was starting to bounce back from [the 2009 VMA incident with Taylor Swift]. There does appear to there is some sort of fallback or blowback from him hooking up with Kim," Parker told the Huffington Post.
"One of the things we measure is an attribute called 'Overexposed.' We find that people use it as a general way of saying, 'I've had it with you, You've just gone a little too far,'" he explained. "I'm guessing his overexposed score is quite high."
