Kanye West Edited Wedding Photograph for 4 Days on Honeymoon
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West broke an Instagram record with their wedding photograph recently and now the latter is revealing that it was no easy feat.
Kardashian, the 33-year-old "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, wed the father of her child and rap mogul Kanye West, 37, last month. A photograph of the pair kissing following their wedding broke an Instagram record previously held by Justin Bieber, but now West is revealing how much work went into creating the perfect image.
West spoke in a discussion titled "Translation: Technology, Culture, and Consumer Adoption: Learning to Read the Cultural Landscape" during the Cannes Lions Conference, where he opened up about his first official wedding photograph. West revealed that Vogue photographer Annie Leibovitz cancelled at the last minute, leaving the newlyweds with a predicament.

This resulted in the newlyweds spending four days editing the image, even working on their honeymoon.
"We sat there and worked on that photo for, like, four days because the flowers were off-color," West said, according to the New York Post.
The rap mogul insists that the hard work paid off.
"And the fact that the number one most-liked photo has a kind of aesthetic was a win for what the mission is, which is raising the palette," West said at the conference. "It was a long time … why did Annie Leibovitz pull out one day before the wedding?"
Bieber previously held the record of 1.82 million Instagram likes for a photogram with on-and-off again girlfriend Selena Gomez who is pictured embracing him from behind.The image came at a time that seemed to confirm that the pair were giving a romantic union another chance.
Now, it seems another couple has captured the admiration of many in the form of an outspoken rap mogul and fashion forward reality television star. Kris Jenner, the Kardashian matriarch and manager, spoke up about her daughter's nuptials recently in an E! News report.
"[I'm] beyond bursting with happiness for Kim, Kanye and baby North West. Such a magical, romantic wedding," Jenner previously told E! "I feel blessed to have my new son and his family as part of ours."
