Kelly Clarkson Baby Girl Announced
Kelly Clarkson and her husband Brandon Blackstock announced that they are expecting a baby girl together.
The couple, which married in October, announced their pregnancy very soon afterward.
"We just found out we're having a girl officially," Clarkson posted to Twitter on Monday, Jan. 20.

Ahead of the gender reveal, the "American Idol" alum had predicted that she would be welcoming a baby girl.
"My eggs aren't getting any younger so we've already started trying," Clarkson explained to Parade magazine back in October. "I'm totally gonna have a girl. I'm manifesting it! And when I have a girl, you're gonna be like, 'That chick knew it!'"
Meanwhile, the singer has been very outspoken about her first pregnancy, including her serious bouts with morning sickness.
"Only a girl could cause this much drama with all this vomiting ha," Clarkson added on Twitter Monday.
Just days earlier, the "Stronger" singer posted about a "small victory" with morning sickness on Twitter.
"Didn't throw up once from pregnancy while walking my dogs #smallvictory #TMI #hashtag," she wrote.
"Ladies, if you r pregnant & sick as a dog trust me when I say the one thing u will keep down might just be 'baked potatoes' #godblesspotatos," she later added.
The multi-Grammy Award winner made no secret of her desire to have children with Blackstock, who is already a father of two children from his previous marriage. Long before their marriage, Clarkson gushed about Blackstock's children.
"They're so great," she told ABC. "Granted. None of them are teenagers yet, so come back to me later. Savannah, the 12-year-old, is like, 'I want a little sister.' She's so excited."
In addition to Savannah, Blackstock has a son, Seth, who is six years old.
"My kids love her," Blackstock said of his wife while speaking to People. "I couldn't ask for a better stepmother for my children."
