Kim Kardashian Causing a Rift Between Beyonce and Solange Knowles?

Kim Kardashian may be causing a rift between Beyonce Knowles and her younger sister, according to sources reporting that Solange Knowles is speaking out against the friendship involving the Grammy Award-winning singer and the reality television star.

Kardashian, 31, has been recently pictured with 30-year-old Knowles behind the scenes at their love interest joint tour "Watch the Throne." Although Kardashian's boyfriend and rapper Kanye West is a good friend to rapper Jay-Z who is also the husband of Beyonce, rumors surfaced about Kardashian not being included in the singer's tight knit circle.

After pictures surfaced of the two famous women dancing with one another during the "Watch the Throne" tour and headlines surfaced about Kardashian giving Knowles baby gifts, Solange is reportedly speaking out.

"In Solange's eyes, Beyonce is a stand-out star, a premier singer of our time, whereas Kim is just a reality TV star who only got famous after a sex tape was leaked," an insider told the Enquirer. "They had a fight over Kim. It culminated with Beyonce telling Solange she can be friends with whomever she wants."

While Beyonce's camp did not confirm the reports, the singer and actress has been speaking about her respect for another high-profile woman, Michelle Obama. Knowles recently released a video that detailed her choice to write a letter to the first lady of the United States.

In a campaign video released by the Obama and Biden re-election team, Knowles lauded the first lady.

"No matter the pressure and the stress of being under the microscope she's humble, loving and sincere...she builds and nurtures her family while also looking out for so many millions in so many ways," Knowles said. "I wrote a letter to the first lady because I want her to know that I am very grateful for everything she is doing in our country and also for women around the world."
