Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Don't Marry, Says Kris Jenner Insisting Marriage Not Needed for Happiness

Kris Jenner is advising new parents Kim Kardashian and Kanye West not to get married because marriage is not a requisite of happiness, and because a possible third divorce would not be good for the Kardashian brand.

According to a new report, Jenner doesn't want a third failed marriage to affect the Kardashian name or business empire.

"After Kim's last, 72-day marriage, Kris feels like the Kardashian brand does not need another marriage disaster on its hands. She is telling them to take their time, to really think about it. A third divorce for Kim, is not something Kris wants for her daughter or her family business," a source close to the family told Radar Online.

"There is no doubt that everyone in the family wants to see Kim happy, but at the same time they are assuring her that she doesn't need to be married to find happiness," the source added.

Despite that West and Kardashian seemed happy when they took their new baby North West on an outing for July 4.

The pair took the baby to the former's stepfather Bruce Jenner's beach home in Malibu, Calif, according to an Us Weekly source.

"Kim has taken North on a few playdates but she can't do it with lots of people since she's still so small," a source reportedly told Us Weekly.

The publication reported that the Kardashian and Jenner family spent time by the beach together for the July 4 holiday. Still, the famous couple has yet to share images of their new baby with fans.

While neither West nor Kardashian have spoken directly about their child in the media just yet, those closest to the latter have. Rob Kardashian said he had been praying for his older sister.

"[It's] a healthy baby," Kardashian told E! News Friday. "All I did was sit there and pray for a healthy baby."
